Going through the pdf in the link below, I have few questions that concern me:

1. As I had a simple caution in Feb 2013 and I am applying in Aug 2017, should I mention the offence in the application?
2. Is there a possibility for refusal?

If the application form ask you for any caution or warning
You have to mention it,
It doesn't matter whether it's been spent or not.
I think you would be fine if you will mention it but
Need to read questions first.
