I AM DUE FOR MY IDL APPLICATION UNDER THE ABOVE CATEGORY OF HUMAN RIGHTS DUE TO A SPOUSE VISA BEING REJECTED.
WONDERING IF I REQUIRE KOLL TEST AS I HAVE STAYED OVER 6 YEAR (APPLYING 3 YEARS DL TWICE).

DO I ALSO SUBMIT ANY FINANCIAL BANK STATEMENTS AS I WAS ADVISED BY YOU NOT TO LAST TIME I WAS EXTENDING FOR MY DL APPLICATION?

As you are under the transitional rules with your first DL leave having been granted before July 2012, the English language and Life in the UK test aren't required for ILR, but you will need them when applying for British citizenship.
