I have my 10 year ILR premium appointment on 15th Thursday. Just want to make sure with the forum that everything is good and that I am eligible (may be you guys see something that I don't).

My History:

Entry Clearance as T4 Student: 10/01/2007 (Visa valid from 26/12/2006) - 31/05/2009
T4 Student Extension: Applied on 26/05/2009 31/05/2009 - 31/05/2010
PSW Refusal (Maintenance of funds not acceptable) Applied on: 15/04/2010

HO Rejected my application because the evidence for MoF is not acceptable

PSW Successful : Applied on: 26/05/2010 Granted from: 24/06/2010 - 24/06/2012
First T2 General: 14/06/2012 - 14/06/2015
Second T2 General: 1/07/2014 - 14/07/2017
Third T2 General: 8/02/2016 - 14/07/2017

At this point the company fired me after 2 weeks of getting my visa. 29/02/2016 is the last day in this company

Forth T2 General: 26/05/2016 - 14/07/2017
Applied for ILR 5 year route (Refused): 19/05/2017

HO Rejected my ILR 5 year route application because of gap in my employment in 2016 which is above 60 days (80 in total).

Been out of UK for 231 days in total. Never been out of UK for 180 days continuously. Never had any convictions, cautions or court notice.

Part of my degree requirement was to fulfil a industrial placement requirement which I took in 2009 in UK during my student visa. So far HO never questioned this.

Just want to make sure if this is making me eligible for 10 year route and that it is a very straight forward application.

Hi there,
Its always better to get SAR if you are in doubt some where ,you look ok make just sure you get all requried documents with you including all passports you have held over 10 years of time ,life in Uk and degree certificate with you along with their copies.

I do have my SAR. Doesn't look anything bad on it.

The Job loss in 2016 which made my 5 year ILR getting rejected, they marked as "Curtailment not pursued - compliant".

I have all my passports,
I do have my Life in the UK and my degree certificate.

Just noticed that my Degree transcript got information about my Industrial placement, the company I worked for and the points awarded for the degree.

Please have and look at my History and please comment on your findings.

Already lost £3000 which is putting a lot of pressure on me and my family.

Please get the comments comming. 10 eyes are better than just 2.

Hi i need you help in question B15: it says less then five year address it has only two address space in application form but i was in 6 different address in last five year and it does not say add additional sheet for remaining address.
could you please advice.

Hi Monza,
Do several copies of that page and keep them in sequence all your addresses, please.
