I was stay in back home more then 180 days due to medical reason
It's only for one year
My details is below
Came in 2008
2008 till 2013 only 30 days away
2013 to 2014 = 177days
2014 to 2015 = 168 days and 144 days both absent due to medical reason
2015 to 2016 = 140 days

You cannot apply under long residence if you have absences of more than 540 days in 10 years.

Your continuity of residence is broken if absent for a continuous period of 180 days or more and absence of 540 days or more is a problem.

You state 168 days and 144 days but don't state if they were all in one go. You should list the exact dates from and to of your absence.
