Dear members ,

I have been refused my ILR due to the income and HO put the close 322(5) , however all the income reflect with the HMRC and I applied the Admin Review and waiting for the result.

I have the following questions

1. If the AR also include 322(5) , will it affect my depended visa FLR (M) or TIER 2 depended visa future applications , (my Mr got TIER 2 )

2.Can I challenge this decision via JR while I apply depend visa ??

Last few weeks am so stress please help

If tax was paid and all income was genuine then What was the reason you got refusal ? Home office must have mentioned something in the refusal letter. Can you please share with us. Thanks

All the tax paid , I have self emp as well , so due to the time management they refused
