I'll be eligible for ILR soon however I havent met £35k requirement yet.
I have been advised the £35k requirement is based on 39 hours per week. and as my job is based on 35 hrs I am already above the threshold (If I calculate my annual salary for 39 hrs).
Does anyone know this is true or anyone recently made the application earning less than £35k?

Hi,
35K is the minimum salary requirement of ILR and it has nothing to do with number of hours.
Thanks,
