Pls Advise - Finally - Got Court Date

Hi all thanks for all support - I have finally after 1 year I got court date for October.
Case:
Tax year - 2012-2013
Total income : £42,000
Self employed income: 20,000
Employment: £22,000
Net profit Declared : £18,000 then amended to £8,000 then bought back to £18,000 before application. All paid.
Home Office Rejection point:
1. Income Declared £18,000 then amended to £500.
Our Defense point: £500 income is for 2013-2014 and New SA302 has £17,000 for 2012-13
My question:
1. Can Home Office accept its error if we prove its wrong year and can it bring back new point on £8,000? As they will have Old SA302 which shows £8000.
2. They have put clause 322(5) what does it means? Also this is my 13th year. What are chances to fight back? and on what basis?
