Quick question of SET O, Section 3

Hi
I am filling in SET O form and have a quick question of Section 3.
I am applying for T2G > ILR with my family.
Do I need to tick both Tier2 migrant and Tier 2 dependent under Section B of Section 3 question?
Please advise me which would be very grateful.

Hi
I have a question of 6.1 in SET [O] and hope to get a proper answer from kind forum members which would be grateful.
6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based.
I am applying for ILR under T2G. I firstly entered the UK under Student visa on 02-03-2009, then my visa status was changed to T2 on 25-09-2012, which is valid start date on BRP.
Do I have to input the valid start date of T2G or date of my actual entry date?
Please advise me. Thanks in advance!
