Hi All

I am going to apply for IL in March 2018

But I can't apply for my ILR as she didn't complete 5 years yet .

My query , Intially she was granted Tier2 depedant visa on 22 nd April 2014 ,but entered UK on 26th May 2014.

Again it was renewed on 18th April 2016 after my Tier 2 Extension . Her visa will expire on 13/04/2019.

If we count first date as 26th May ,she will not short of 20 days to complete or we can take first leave granted date 22nd April 2014 , then she will complete 5years and then I can apply ILR without extension .

Please advise

Regards
Jain

You can apply for ILR yourself in 2018 on your own.
You wife's 5 year starts from the date of entry to the UK, so she will have to apply for PBS dependant extension in 2019 before her visa expiry and then vary the same application to ILR when eligible at the end of April 2019.
