Hi all,

i will be applying for ILR 10 year route soon, i am currently on Tier 4 student visa and will be when i apply, i am aware that when i apply my leave will automatically be extended under section 3c, however as Tier 4 visas has 20 hr work restriction during term time and non during vacation periods, does that mean when i graduate from uni and apply for ILR and extend under section 3c i can work full time? since i am no longer at University and attending lectures?

Suggest apply for ILR in person if you don't wish to wait months foe the decision.

i would apply in person but my case is slightly complicated so i dont want to risk spending a lot of money on it, that is why i think it will take sometime so i wanted to make sure i can work full time and earn a living while i await the decision

Your existing conditions continue, ie 20 hrs work per week
