Hi all am new here wanted to ask some questions am applying for ilr as a parent of a British child I have had some criminal records in the past and recently got a direction to leave order from the police I did ring the police and asked them if it was a criminal offence and they said that it wasn't any ideas as my previous convictions are 7 years old .
