You will only qualify for ILR within 28 days of 20 July 2018. You need 5 years residence (minus 28 days) to qualify for ILR.

You will need to apply for a PBS extension to make up the few months you are short. An extension will be for 3 years and you have to pay the visa fee and £600 immigration health surcharge.

just to confirm one more time , my husband has received ILR in March .
Can I still apply for tier-1 G / PBS dependent ? or I just have one option to apply for FLR-M.

Please confirm.

Yes, you can extend your PBS Dependent visa. An extension will be for 3 years. You will also have to pay the £600 Immigration Health Surcharge PLUS the visa application fee.
