Hi am going to apply ILR for my spouse but wanted to confirm few things as I am confused.

I came to UK in 2007 as a work permit holder and then I have applied for Tier 1 General visa, got it extended and then got ILR and now a british citizen. My wife joined me in 2011 as a PBS Dependant and then she got her visa extended. So she completed 5 years now.

I believe I should apply as a 5 year route for her(dependant) using set(M) form?

She has got English language certificate and also LIFE in the uk.
What all other documents do we need?

1. Do we need to fill in 8(A) financial requirements or 8(B) Maintenance requirements and what supporting documents are needed?
2. Do we need to prove relationship, what documents needed? Marriage certificate will do?
3. Do we need to prove that we are living together, what docs needed?
4. we need to prove living arrangements, what documents?
5. Is there any restriction on no of days spent outside UK in last 5 years.

Why SET(M) !!? She is a PBS dependant visa holder and needs to apply for ILR using SET(O)

You need to fill the finances section of the SET(O) form and provide evidence. There is no income or maintenance requirement
You need to send your marriage certificates plus proof of cohabitation, 3 pieces of evidence covering the last two years like bills, rental contracts, etc
PBS dependant visa has no absence limits for ILR

I have started filling Set(O) form. Whose details do i have to fill in Section 6- Immigration History. It asks for UK absenses.

Don't worry about those. PBS dependant do not have absences limits

are we supposed to leave the Section 5 - Your home and finances blank as well? or do I need to fill in my details in that.

And also do i need to include 6 set of cohabitation documents(both of us) and do they all covers 2 years period?
