i am due to apply my ilr on august 2017. i have been living in the uk since august 2012 on dependent visa. now my partner wants to live in a separate house and start the divorce process. My questions:

1. how can i apply for ilr if my partner lives separate as the HO will require documents show the same address of me and my partner?
2.i do not have have any kids yet so will this be a problem with the HO?
3.Do i need to show MY income threshold to apply ILR?
4. D i need all the documents ( e.g.. bank stat., pay slips, utility bills etc) from the beginning for 2010 when i landed in the uk or 2 years ahead when applying ILR is enough?
5. Even if i am granted an ILR ( luckily ), will it be a problem while applying for BRITISH NATURALISATION since my partner is keen to get a divorce divorce?

To qualify for ILR, you have to submit evidence of subsisting relationship. You also have to submit your partners passport and partner has to sign the form I believe, supporting your application.

Once you have ILR, it is irrelevant if you get divorced and no effect on your naturalisation application.

Since i am on a minimum wage, i dont think my income would reCh £18600/year?
2. What about the documents relating to the same address that i have mentioned in my question! Does the documents have to be in me and my partner's name together while applying for ILR?
