60 days break in Employment, Confusion!

Employment 1 - Ended - 24 October 2015 , COS removed from SMS on 31 October 2015
Employment 2 - New Visa Approved - 8 December , Employment 2 Work Start Date - 19 Jan 2016

Which one from below will apply for me
Employment 1 Ended to New Visa Approved - 45 days
Employment 1 Ended to Employment 2 Work Start Date - 87 days
COS removed from SMS to New Visa Approved - 38 days
COS removed from SMS to Employment 2 Work Start Date - 80 days

Am i affected by 60 days employment break on tier 2 General ???

Experts please !!!! Thanks in Advance

Appears you are fine.

Break between Employment End Date and Application submission date(which was successful) for next visa needs to be less than 60 days
COS dates do not matter

The 60 day gap applies to the period between the date you left the first job to the day you applied for a new Tier 2 application. That is all
