Hi, I got tier 1 entrepreneur visa on 27/July/12
Extension on 28/October/15
My ilr is due this year. How soon can I apply?

You could have applied already.

The rules permit an application WITHIN 28 days before you reach 5 years based on your initial visa issue date.

Thank you. I was confused if it is 28 days before visa expires or 28 days before 5 yrs complete.
