THANK YOU. THAT HELPS.
Yes, my wife is applying on her own. I qualified and received my ILR after completing 5 years on tier 2in FEB 2017. My wife will complete her 5 years since she moved to UK as a tier 2 dependent in Sep 2017. I have few questions to clarify and would request your insight.

1. SET 0 form is the right form ?
2. Section 1 needs to filled by dependent (my wife) as if she is the main applicant?
3. Section 3 B- Category of application will be Tier 2 Dependent ?
4. Section 5.3- My wife is a PHD student which listed as unit staff as research scholar and receive regular grant. Should I choose that she is working
5. The section with SOC code can be left empty?
6. Do i need to fill 5.6 about source of income?
7.Section 6 again needs to be filled by dependent as main applicant

Also, would be keen to see the list of documents that ned to be submitted. Thank you for your help

Hi, I have created a new thread as it seems my question was out of scope for this heading. Hope that's ok.

Keen to get your feedback

ADDING TO my questions above, what should be the right category. I see there is an option that says tier 2 dependent?

If you cannoy post in public so that all memebers can benefit, your PM privilege will be withdrawn permanently well as any member you are sending unsolicited PMs to.

Hello Everyone, Quick question- When paying and booking the premium appointment, which category should I select for my wife's ILR application. She is applying on her own as I got my ILR few months ago and her current VISA is Tier 2 dependent for last 5 years.

I have accidentally selected the settlement other option and paid the fee. Is that ok or should I cancel and then get the dependent option?
