Hi seniors

I am applying for ILR under TIER 2 with my dependants (wife/13yrs-old-daughter) next Month. I think my case is super simple as below. I started UK visa with my dependants since 2009 (T4G > T1 PSW > T2G > T2G extension) and have worked for only one sponsor in qualifying period.

Could you someone review my document list below and would you be so kind as to advise me of what I need more or what I shouldn't submit? Which would be very grateful!

My supporting documents are ;

1. APPLICATION
- SET (O) Form
- Appointment Booking Checklist
- Cover Letter

2. PASSPORTS & IMMIGRATION DOCUMENTS
- Current & Old Passports >>> 3:3:3
- Passport Photos >>> 2:2:2
- BRP Cards >>> 1:1:1
- UK Entry Clearance (stamped on Passport) >>> 1:1:1
- All UKBA letters for previous application (T2G & T2G Extension) >>> 1:1:1 (Does it help?)

3. KNOWLEDGE OF LANGUAGE & LIFE IN THE UK
- Life in the UK Test pass notification >>> 1:1:0
- UK Masters Degree Certificate & Transcript >>> 1:1:0

4. FINANCES & EMPLOYMENT
- Letter from my sponsor >>> 1:0:0
- Copy of the CoS for the previous T2 application >>> 1:0:0 (Does it help?)
- P60 Last 5 yrs >>> 5:0:0
- Payslips Last 12 Months >>> 12:0:0
- Bank Statements Last 12 Months >>> 12:0:0

5. CONTINUOUS RESIDENCE
- Letter from myself informing absences from the UK >>> 1:0:0
- Letter from my sponsor confirming absences from the UK >>> 1:0:0

6. COHABITATION
- Council Tax(Joint), Mortgage Letters(Joint), Energy Bill(My), Water Bill(Wife), P60(wife) (Does it help?), which covers whole 2 years (every 2-3 months)
- Marrigage Certificate
- Birth Certificate of my child (She wasn't born in the UK though. Does it still help?)

Thank you for read my case and it would be very great if you can help me a little bit.

Is there anyone who can help me just a little bit?

To summarise my question,

1. Does submitting UKBA visa approval letters and Copy of CoS for my previous application (T2) help or overkill?

2. For my child (currently T2 dependant), should I submit Birth Certificate which was issued, translated and notarised by my home country. Or is there anything else I am missing?

3. My wife's P60 can be accepted by HO as a proof of cohabitation?

Many thanks for your attention and help in advance.
