Hi
I have tier 4 dependent visa until 2020.
(1)My wife applying for ILR on 10 year rout if she get ILR. I need to apply for dependent for set(LR) or the same visa valid until i get 10 year.(she came in the UK in september 2007 And I came in UK december 2007)
If my wife get ILR is it my current visa going to invalid?
(2) If 3c broke during the stay is that stay count 10 year rout?
please guide me

Hi
Your tier 4 dependent visa is valid provided you don't have any travel plans.

You do not need to change your visa as long as you do not want to leave the UK

Your visa remains valid. I do not understand your section 3C question

What happened was, We applied for FLR(o) in Marich 2015 (before tier 4 expired) which was refused in July 2015, within 28days of this refusal letter we applied for Tier4 visas on PhD Studied. The visa was granted on 16th Feb 2016 after a personal interview.
So the 3c question was, does in this case 3c expired after having the refusal of FLR(0)?
And in this scenario, the long residency (10 yr legal stay) route was broken or not??

As your fresh application was eventually granted, your period of overstaying will be ignored for ILR
