Applied T 1 Enterprenaur in 2013
REFUSED IN 2014 reason immigration history with appeal right
Appeal allowed in aug 2014
Again refused on basis of TOEIC WITH APPEAL RIGHT IN 2015
APPEAL ALLOWED FTT IN 2016 SEP
HOME OFFICE CHALLENGE AND GET PERMISSION TO UTT
APPEAL ALLOWED IN UTT IN MARCH 2017

GOT LETTER FROM HO THAT THEY SENT MY CASE TO CASE WORKER FOR RECONSIDERATION ACCORDING TO JUDGEMENT IN 9 DAYS AFTER GOT THE DECISION FROM UTT
RECEIVED EMAIL FROM CASE WORKER WITH 7 DAYS AFTER THAT HE WANT TO SEE 200K IN SAME ACCOUNT AS I SHOWN IN 2013
FUNDS SHOWN WITH IN 4DAYS FROM ME AND SENT STATEMENT TO CASE WORKER
BIOMETRIC CARD RECEIVED IN 4DAYS

MY WIFE AND MY 6 AND HALF YR OLD DAUGHTER GONE TO INDIA FOR 5 WEEKS

I AM ALSO PLANNING TO JOIN THEM

PLEASE ADVICE COULD I FACE ANY PROBLEM ON MY RETURN OR
ITS BETTER TO APPLY 10 YR LONG RESIDENCY FIRST AS I AM ELIGIBLE FOR THAT AND ALREADY PASSED
LIFE IN UK
AND
ENGLISH TEST WITH AA GRADE WITH DISTINCTION FROM TRINITY COLLEGE

Hi,

Is there specific reason you have posted everything in capitals? Its literally impossible to read what you have posted.

Could you edit the post and remove capitals and if possible explain in details what the issue is !

Your immigration history is not clear, you need to provide clear dates to get correct advice

WORK PERMIT OCT. 2008 TO 2013 ( Issue with Employer )

Applied T 1 Enterprenaur in 2013

T1 (ENT) Refused in 2014 reason immigration history with appeal right

Appeal allowed in aug 2014

Again refused on basis of TOEIC With an appeal right OCT 2015

Appeal allowed FTT in 14 sep 2016

HO Challenge the decision and got permission for UTT

Appeal allowed in March 2017

Received letter form HO that case has been forward to the Case worker for reconsideration

Received EMAIL from case worker that he need to see the funds 200k in same account as in 2013

Funds shown to case worker in 4 days and sent the statement

Biometric card ( TIER 1 Ent. received in 4 days with two dependents)

My wife and nearly 7 yrs old daughter gone to India for 5 weeks

I am planning to join them so please advise could i face any problem on my return as i heard many horrible stories AT Heathrow airport as my all funds are in UK
OR
Its better to apply 10yr long residency first then plan to go INDIA as I have

Early reply should be appreciated as I am very confused

In summary my understanding, is while you had a complicated immigration history, you know have a full T1-ENT visa. So all that history is irrelevant.

As a T1-ENT you are not limited in travel so go ahead.

The IO (Immigration officer) at airport would usually ask me simple questions e.g. "what does your business do " Which I always honestly answer and what was the purpose of the trip (it is not a problem at all to answer "family visit", "holiday" or work related travel). You should have no issues upon return

If you apply for ILR you won't be able to travel for quite a while
