Barclays unable to print mortgage statements

I went to Barclays to ask for a copy of mortgage statement and stamp it but to my surprise they were unable to print any statement in relation to my mortgage - I asked to verify my copy and stamp it but they said they're not allowed..How can I prove it to HO that this statement is genuine ? I'm shocked

NatWest now have the same policy.

You can request original Mortgage statements.

I think most of the banks do not stamp any thing printed online.

The problem is that i do not have enough time to wait for them
This has never happened before as I have been able to stamp anything on branch

I suggest you go to Barclay Head office and explain the situation. If possible they might be able to get it quicker?
When are you going to apply ?

Why are you submitting a mortgage statement for Set(O) ILR??

I suppose to make the application more complete in financial terms -
Does anyone know what shall I do with payment page as I have already paid online ...do I leave it empty ?

Barclays Headoffice sent me pdf's on headed paper, I'm surprised from their service actually
- Does anyone know if I need to photocopy the application form (ILR Set 0 form) itself as I've done all the other photocopies already ..Many thanks
