Hi Respected Members,

I am filling my Set O form and I have two questions where I need some help form you please.

Q1) Monthly Rental - I am living in a House share and I pay 500 pm without any receipt from Landlord. I transfer from my Bank account to his bank account. Hence do I need to get any proof for rental payment ? Also I did not pay this month Rent as I pay my Visa fees hence I requested my Land lord as I will pay in following months and he agreed for it. Hence in this month Bank statement there wont be a transaction for 500 pounds. Will this cause any issues ?

Q2) Weekly working hours - I work 40 hours a week but I am not sure in COS they mentioned as 39 or 40. Do I need to fill as 40 as per contract or do I need fill what is specified in COS ?

Thank you very much for the quick response, one quick question please as I mentioned I did not pay this month rent after agreeing with my landlord but verbally via phone. Will it raise any questions by case worker after seeing my bank statement or I don't have to worry much about it please ?
