Hello I have this question for my friend she is very worry about and in problem looking desperately help. I am asking this question behalf of her. She has withdrawn appeal from court unfortunately there are not peo appointment available at any centre. What should she do next now?

This second question for me I want to apply my family visa extension. My wife and two children's. I am holding indefinite. Which application form I should use? Do I need to use each form for each person or one form for all three dependent?

I will be greatful and thank you in advance if get help for my friend question and for me please.

Ilr base on 10 year long residency

When did she withdraw the appeal?

She should have made an appointment at PEO before withdrawing the appeal. She now has no section 3C protection and would likely be considered an overstayer which could break her 10 years long residence.

She will have to apply by post. She likely won't be permitted to work etc. either as she has no status.

Sorry to say with my friend very bad tragedy happened. She sent withdraw appeal request to upper tribunal unfortunately upper tribunal refused her permission to appeal with no appeal rights. She is completing 10 years on 10 September.
She crying and in depression now caused don't know what to do next now? Can please help her? What she will do now?

What is your 'friends' full immigration history and visas held, incuded start and expiry dates?

What was the reason for whichever visa refused that she appealed?

She don't have internet facility caused asked my help.
She told me immigration history.
1 sept 2007 came uk student visa
2012 PSW visa
2014 apply student visa refused
On time appeal in FTT unable to attend hearing caused very sicked. Request to adjourn the appeal refused.
2016 apply permission to appeal FTT refused.
July 2017 apply permission to appeal UT refused with NO APPEAL RIGHTS.
Completing 10 years on 1sept 2017.
Please advise she can apply ilr within 28 days?

She doesn't qualify for ILR as she has not had a valid visa since her PSW expired. She is an overstayer.

For 10 years long residence ILR, she MUST have valid legal residence for the WHOLE 10 years to qualify for ILR.

When permission to appeal refused from UT with no appeal rights. Applicant submitted new application set lr to home office with new grounds with in 14 days from the court letter received will cover 3c to consider lawfull 10 long residency ?
