Apologies in case I need to carry on in one of the existing threads, but could not find similar circumstances.

My mother got DLR back in September 2011 based on family life and outside of the rules. We had to go to the court of appeal and had it ruled in our favour. So 3 years passed and we had another DLR which is finishing in September, so I believe I can apply for the ILR.

I was wondering if I am correct in my thinking and am ok to use SET(m) form and also would anyone know if we can do the premium service?

SET(O). SET(M) is for married couples.

Could you please also let me know whether both Life in the UK and English tests are required? My mother is a qualified teacher of English with over 30 years of experience, but is retired and was qualified abroad. She is 64.

Neither is a requirement for ILR following 6 years on DLR.

Perfect! Thank you very much for this. The application itself is 2,300 GBP so not a cheap exercise.

I guess the only other thing to arrange is the fee for the NI contributions. Am I correct?

sorry not NI, but Health Service, but just found the information that for ILR there is no payment

I was wondering if I can have another question on the matter Form O does not specify the requirement for the supporting documents apart from photos, valid passport, etc So I will be preparing the usual my docs and my mother's statements, etc. Am I missing something, or there is no prescriptive checklist?
