ILR Eligibility: 20 Days Shortage for 5 years

Dear Members

I have ILR and my wife is still in Tier 2 Dependent Visa. She supposed to reach 5 years in middle of Feb 2018. However, her tier 2 dependent visa is finishing by Jan 25th 2018 making 20 days short of 5 years. According to ILR rule, everyone is eligible 28 days before finishing 5 years. By considering this 28 days, whether she will be eligible for ILR between 20-25 Jan 2018?

Feedback on above query is much appreciated.

Best
Raj

Yes, she will be eligible to apply between 20-25 Jan. One suggestion I would give is to book the appointment as early as possible to avoid the risk of losing out on appointment slots on those days. Appointment slots get booked very quickly, especially at Croydon PEO.
