Dear zimba and other moderators

I need some information. I Will complete my 10 years in june 2018.so my queries are
1. Do i need to submit my employees detail at the time of my application or only business accounts?
2. My wife's visa will be valid till august 2019.so do i need to submit her application with me. Or i can apply for her before her visa expires. Here one thing i want to mention she will be finishing her 10 yrs on February 2020. So what would be the best option for her application.
3.my daughter is 6 yrs old born in uk.so after i get my ilr ( in sha allah) i believe i can apply for her British citizenship? Is that right?
I will be really grateful if i got the solution.

Regards

2. She will need to switch to FLR(M) if you apply for ILR based on long residence. It will be a 2.5 year visa. She cannot apply for ILR with you.

3. You can skip ILR for your UK born child and register her as British form MN1. Please ask your British citizenship questions in the British citizenship sub forum as already asked.

If you are taking the ILR(LR) route, then employees and business accounts are no longer relevant. You only need that if you want to do 5 Year ILR based on Tier 1, which you will be eligible for around the same time depending on how many employees you have.

As CR001 explained, once you take the LR route, you wife's 5 year clock resets. If you get your ILR via T1, then she can apply for ILR once she completes 5 years stay in the UK - either with your ILR application or separately.
