Question about dependant application - passports

This seems like a very basic question, but I thought I should check here before plowing ahead.

I'm putting together my SET(O) application and so is my partner. She's a PBS dependant. In 11.5, the form asks if I've enclosed my dependant's valid passport and I'm not quite sure what to do. She's supposed to submit that with her application. Any ideas? I thought that one option might be to explain that I couldn't include it because it's being used for her application and we're submitting them together. That seems like a bad idea, but we're not quite sure how to proceed.

If you are both applying for ILR at the same time you only need ONE form for both if you and not separate forms.

Thanks for your answer, that's very helpful. For some reason, the helpline has been giving us conflicting advice. Half the time we get someone who says that we need to submit separate applications and she needs to qualify for ILR in her own right. Half the time we get someone who says that submit one application form and she qualifies through me. Very stressful. I wish they'd get their story straight.

We understand the call centre is a third party agent with clearly poorly trained staff.
