Got a bit of question +history to hrlp with advice.
Am I right to think 10 years lawful residence
( student, psw, a while in 3c and win of appeal resulting in grant of flr) counts towards ilr long residence. I have recieved my renewal of flr today and the letter says my application for private life Is refused as i have spent 6 years and 7 months only but will be granted based on previous court judgement . Am confused, i didnt apply for private lifr just renewal of my flr. I have also spent 8 years as of July 2017 so not sure how their calculation came about? I came in july 2009 never overstsyed, put in flr in 2011 which was refused, employer did ecs to confirm i could continue work as per 3c right
And most recent renewed leave granted tilll 2020. Will I be right to say I can apply for ilr in July 2019 when I click 10 years or will have to wait till end of present leave in 2020. Just a bit worried. Shall i contact them regarding the error regarding the number of years? Or shall I just carry on and look forward to ilr.
