FLR(M) for your wife and she is required to meet financial and English requirements. Her clock will be reset to zero and a new 5 year residence period before she can apply for ILR.
Child can be registered on form MN1.

No. ILR clock based on 5 years residence will be set to zero. She will be able to apply for ILR under 10 year rule without any issues

You are real fighter bro...........It gave me lots of courage too........I will suggest to take as many documents you have along with you may be related and unrelated to your TOEIC CASES and 3 successful appeals you had........I wish you good luck.......
