Few days short of 5 year ILR

Hello Every One

I have an Indian Passport and I am on Tier 2 Dependant Visa (my husband got his ILR last year). I am completing my 5 Years in the UK on 30th Dec 2017 and want to apply for ILR. I am aware of the fact that we can only apply 28 days before the qualifying period which means 2nd Dec 2017 but my visa expires on 27th Nov, 5 days earlier.

I came to the UK on 30/12/2012 but my visa started from 20/12/2012.

Can I apply for my ILR straight away and if so, when? Or will I need another visa in between?

Please advice!
Thanks

UK Tier 2 Dependant Visa start Date: 20/12/2012
Date of Entering the UK: 30/12/2012
5 years from Visa Start Date: 20/12/2017
5 years from entering the UK: 30/12/2017
Current Visa Expiry Date: 27/11/2017

You were already given advice to extend first in the previous topic you had late last year.

You don't qualify to apply for ILR before your visa expires as you don't meet the 5 years residence (minus 28 days).
