ILR APPLICATION / DEPENDENTS

Hello,

I am presently working in UK on a tier 2 visa and have finished a
continuous period of stay for 5 years and am eligible for ILR.

I had queries with respect to my wife's and daughters visa
application. They came here in July 2013 on a tier 2 dependent visa.
But were out of the country from December 2014 to March 2016
They came back to UK in march 2016 on a new tier 2 dependent visa
applied from India. Since then they have been staying here
Their present dependent visa expires in June 2018 (along with mine)

I have the following queries:

1) When i apply for their visa - which form should i fill up: PBS
dependent or FLR form? (or do i need to apply for them in June 2018
because they already have a dependent visa valid til then?)
2) When would they be eligible for ILR ?
3) Can my daughter get ILR along-with my application?
4) Should i apply for ILR first and then apply for their dependent
visas ? ( I am planning to apply via premium service) OR can all these
applications be made simultaneously?

Please do help me with this information.

Kind regards,

KB

They can continue on PBS Dependent and extend their visas shortly before they expire in June 2018. They will get a 3 year extension.
2) When would they be eligible for ILR ?
2021, 5 years from the date of entry in 2016.
3) Can my daughter get ILR along-with my application?
No, she will follow the same path as her mother.
4) Should i apply for ILR first and then apply for their dependent visas ? ( I am planning to apply via premium service) OR can all these
applications be made simultaneously?
They DO NOT need to appy now as they still have valid visas till June 2018.
