Hi I am new to this site and need some advice.

My husband has applied for ILR in the UK and has now lost his job due to a negative ECS check. I have been applying for postal to premium upgrade every morning for 2 weeks at 8am on the dot however I never seem to get accepted.

Can someone please give me some tips on how to be accepted as we need the decision back asap in order for him to work. I will add a timeline of details on his application below.

Applied for ILR set O on 14th Feb 2017

Previous visa expired 24th Feb 2017

March recieved letter difficulty with payment so re sent payment details

May application sent back as invalid

9th June 2017 reapplied with solicitor paying fees direct to home office

29th june biometric letter recieved and done next day

18th Aug ECS check carried out by employer and came back negtaive with reason being out of time application.

25th August suspended from work

Any advice welcomed thank you

They don't reply I am trying for my application almost three weeks but not success I need information as well anyone can help ?

Application sent back as invalid in May, reapplied 9th June, any gap of over 28 days between applications would be an issue. However, the right of work can now only be reinstated after the approval of ILR application now.

Hi Bruteforce thank you for your reply. I have been told the same by home office which is why I want to switch to premium asap. Any advice regarding this please?

Just to add was sent back as invalid on 31st May and new application submitted on 9th June.
