Page 16 of Set(O) - They only ask for one SELT test reference?

My wife and I both took the test - any pointers why they don't ask for both references on the form?

My understanding is that I would be filling in just one copy of the Set(O) for with myself as the Tier 1 General main applicant and my wife as the Tier 1 dependant on the same form.

The Set(O) form appears to ask for only my (the main applicant - Tier 1 General) absences table in section 6 and 7 in the personal history and immigration history sections.

Doesn't my wife applying with me (Tier 1 dependant) need to show personal/immigration history anywhere or provide explanations? She did have significant period outside UK (not 180 days+ at a time though). But it looks like the form doesn't care how long she has been out of UK at all?

Any guidance/pointers?
