Letter from Employer - Tier 2 to ILR

HI there,
My wife is about to apply for ILR and requested a letter from employer confirming her position, absence from UK and maternity leave.
The concern is , her company ABC is acquired by XYZ (a US company) in last December and keeping the company ABC as separate entity from Company XYZ. Company ABC is still registered sponsor with home office.
So her employer is giving letter with Company XYZ's (new company) letter head and and confirming she is employer of ABC company and other details ...
Will it be in issue with home office?
