A syrian refugee applying for ILR

Hello everyone,
I came to UK from Syria to do MSc in Engineering in 2011, I couldn't go back there after graduation in 2012 due to the circumstances in the country .I have been recognized as a refugee and had 5 years leave to remain in November 2012.
I have the right to apply for ILR next month, I just want to have a clue about how long does it take on average?
I know there are some complex cases that might take up to 9 months , but usually it doesn't take that long with syrians when it come's to applying for Leave to remain,so anyone can advice me about how long it will take probably ?
Also , is premium service available for ILR applications ? and if I pay for premium service is it true that I get an answer in 48 hours ?
