Hello all.

My wife is a tier 2 minister of religion migrant, we are due for ILR 5 year route next month. My question is does she need the B1 English exam, as she has been using a letter from her university saying her degree was taught in English from the 1st application for leave to remain till the last extension.

Your sincere advices will be appreciated.

if using degree, then naric certificate is required.
otherwise a english test at b1 is required.
