Hi All,
I am on tier 2 general visa eligible for ILR soon but confused on when should I go for same day ILR appointment.
I have made my application from outside the UK,
1. Stamping done on the “5th-Feb-2013”
2. Entered UK on the “17th-Feb-2013”
3. Started work on “1st-May-2013” due to delay in assignment.
Now what I am trying to understand is, If I am eligible for ILR
1. On the “5th-Feb-2018”
2. On the “17th-Feb-2018”
3. On the “1st-May-2018”
Any help is much appreciated and Thanks in advance

It start from the T2 issue date which in your case is 5th Feb 2013. You are eligible to apply 28 days before 5th Feb 2018.

Thanks Makky86,
I am a bit worried as my first employer is no longer in business and I can not get any sort of letter from them.

You'd need letter only if you were out of the UK during that time. If your business is no longer than you'd have to write cover letter. You can use bank statement or pay slip during that time that if you were out of the UK you were still being paid
The letter of confirmation fo employement and £35K salary reqruirement would apply to your current sponsor only

Thanks for your reply.
I was in the country but was not paid for feb, march and April as I have started work from 1st may 2013.
DO I need to submit any bank statements to prove that I was not outside the country.
Sorry for too many questions.
