Driving convictions - mentioned in visa forum

Post by danikhn83 » Sat Oct 14, 2017 11:57 am

Hello members,
I am applying for 10 years long residence visa, I have one Q if any one can help me out.
I had driving convictions in 2011 (driving on motorway without licence ) and I got 6 penalty poitns from sussex court. Points are already cleared in 2015 and I spoke to DVLA but they dont have any record. Do I have to mentioned these points in my visa form? (I mentioned in visa forum when i applied my last entrepreneur visa). in visa forum section E (personal history) there is

E1: Have you ever been convicted of any criminal offence in the UK or any other country?
Note: You must give details of all criminal convictions, including spend convictions. This includes cpnvictions for road traffic offences, including drink-driving offences, but not fixed penalty notinces (such as speeding or parking tickets)

do i mentioned in E1 or in any other section?

need advice from senior members or who had same experience/case.

Regards,
