Hello everyone,

Since I entered the route before the 6 April 2014 transitional agreement,

During Tier 1 Ent Extension I employed

Employee 1 - worked 11 months
Employee 2 - worked 11 months
Employee 3 - worked 8 months

Wondering do the Job Title have to be same? They said to create 2 jobs. In above scenario, should I put 3 different job title or 2 Job Title on the SET O form?

It is 24 months of employment under transitional arrangements as the requirement is EQUIVALENT of two jobs being created. So there is no requirement to create two separate job positions. You can put them in three separate tables

Bit confused, so you mean to say I can write 3 different job title on the application form?

It does not matter how you write the jobs on the form, 3 under one table or in 3 separate tables

You could put them as three different jobs and then explain the cover letter that you are covered by the transitional agreement.

Are you submitting company accounts for the extension period and bank statements with the ILR application?

No, not sending accounts nither bank statement. They haven't asked for it.

I guess its transitional arrangement
Table mean positions @Zimba?
One table for 3 mean one position for 11+11+8=30 Months
Three tabels.3 positions as 1st for11+2nd for 11 +3rd for8=30 months.
It can also be 2 tabels or two positions under transitional arrangement as
One for 11 +2nd for 11+8=30

Did I get it right dear Zimba?

Under Transitional arrangements any combination of job or jobs for 24 months would be fine I think.
