Hello! Does anyone have a definitive list of evidence required for SET(m) form under 5 year route? I am clear about the financial evidence but not the rest.

So far I have:



Document

One photograph of partner with full name on back – enclosed in envelope

Academic Qualification taught in English

Biometric Residence Permit

Financial resource – Appendix FM-SE – see opposite

Passport for both of partner and applicant

Birth Certificate for son

Passport for son (British citizen)

Nursery letter from past 3 months showing son lives with us

Utility bills showing we live at home

Bank account statement for both of us

Pay slips for both of us – see opposite

Test pass letter for living in UK

Documents addressed to both of us to show we have been living together since last grant of leave

Letter from employer – see opposite

Academic Qualification taught in English

UK Degree or foreign degree??

If applying by post, copies of your/son passport is sufficient. If applying in person for same day decision, then originals are better.

Thank you I do have a U.K. degree but am also a US citizen.

For evidence of cohabitation, do I need to supply dates since last leave to remain was granted in may 2015 or since I was first granted leave to remain in flr(m) category in November 2012?
