Respectfull member as from my few replied on differnt post we are going to apply for ILR on premium service before i do that i need little bit clarification me n my wife story are below and attached documents confirm that we both have same leave and could we apply after competing 6 years on DLR?

Me Pakistan

Claimed asylum 2002 refused appeal right exausted in 2003 [ full detail atatched]

2007 applied human right application which was pending until 2009 i send legacy questionair and married to indian girl in 2008

first leave granted in Dec/2011 to Dec2014 then Nov 2014 applied extention granted June 2015 to may 2018

3c leave was during the extention

My Wife Indian

Came on spouse visa 2006, divorce in 9 month, applied human right application in 2007 refused then applied again married with me in 2008 then in leagcy she was with me until today [ full detail atatched]

only problem home office first leave granted to her started from jan 2013 to dec 2014 then after that same as mine leave because her first leave was granted in respond of judicial review and Home office confirm that her first leave are same as mine in line with my leave

Question

When we could apply ILR Dec 2017 or 28 days before our seocnd DLR finish ?

Could we use premium service ?

and which form FLRDL or SETO?

I have removed your first attachment which appears to be the SAR report as you have not blacked out the application reference numbers.

Please only post attachments where ALL personal information, including application reference numbers have been blacked out.

Could you type out the details of the first attachment or if attaching again, please take out each and every HO reference number against each and every entry.

set o form changed

You must
not use this form ton make an application for asylum or international protection
(this includes an application for humanitarian protection or an Article 3 European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) application made on protection grounds) or to make further submissions on asylum or human rights grounds after the refusal or withdrawal of an earlier asylum or human rights claim.A list of alternative application forms used for indefinite leave to remain can be found on our website:www.gov.uk/government/collections/uk
