I applied Tier 1 entrepreneur extension on 25th March 2017 then varied my aplication to Ilr Lr on 23rd may 2017 by post received aknowledgment letter 14th of June 2017 still waiting biomatric fingerprints letter and I was thinking to upgrade to premium service because I seen so many members waiting almost one year please tell me is that ok or just stick with postal aplication Zimba your advice always very helpful for me plz guide me thanks

Yes, you might be able to upgrade your SET(LR) application to premium

Thanks Zimba for your opinion is that worthfull to go they will ask regarding my T1 enterprenure and I did not had my first passport as well which has been lost by ukba I already mentioned that?

Hello all members and Zimba I varied 23Rd may 2017 for Ilr lr still waiting for biomatric almost 4 months any idea and i received that email saying aplication is considered for Ilr on 14th June 2017 LR but nothing after that any suggestions I request for upgrade but they never respond help plz

Contact UKVI via appointmentexceptions@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk and explain that you have not received the biometric letter yet

I applied for my ILR SET(M) on the 28th of March and I received the Biometric letter came only in June.

Hi zimba should I contact to Local MP regarding never received biometric fingerprints yet and I already sent email to them more then a week never heard anything from them they did not reply even for postal to premium upgrade I tried several time checking everyday updates online using my case ID what should I do I made appointment with local MP it's more than 4 months not received anything?after consideration letter that's it it was on 14 of June 2017

Hello dear members
I varied my application from tier 1 entrepreneur to ILR Lr.
Tier 1 entrepreneur applied on 25th of March 2017 with 1 dependent fees paid 2408+1200 Ihs.
ILR LR and Flr Fp varied on 23rd may 2017 difference paid of 182 pounds by cheque and deducted on 31st may 2017 acknowledgment letter received for ILR on 14th June 2017 and Flr Fp biometric done but never received ILR Lr biometric fingerprints yet
Last week I received 1200 ihs refunded in account and 1204 pounds cheque received by post.
Now I received letter for Flr Fp to pay 993 pounds otherwise application will be invalid rejected in 10 days anyone can help what’s going on don’t understand my situation

I really do not know what you are on about. When did you apply for FLR ??!

Flr Fp for my wife applied same time when applied for ILR Lr.

Who told you to apply for FLR(FP) ? You should have applied for FLR(M) for your wife

hope you doing fine, i am silent user of this forum. i am in the same situation as yours.

i varied my tier1 Ent application after 1 month of the date you mentioned, received bio last week (after 5 months ), but no refund of IHS or tier 1 application fee.

Please keep me posted about any progresses.
