Hi Friends,
I have two questions and I believe I will have a best advise on forum.

I am applying for ILR on Long Residency In Nov 17 on Premium Service. I got extended my Tier1 entrepreneur in Jan 17 this year after Interview.

In New application form 10/17 version Section D17 Page 15 question is Do you have child in UK and provide their details with proof they reside with you along with any other supporting information's of welfare. I have two kids born here. They have my country passports but never travelled. One have visa and one we never applied as we never planned to travel after his birth.

So the questions are:-

Questions 1:

Do I have to fill this section and what evidences I can enclose. Both of kids are under 3 and do not go to any school etc as yet.

Questions 2:

Do I Need to enclose any business evidences with this application to show that I am still actively trading. As I have seen on the forum few were asked to provide. I got my extension recently mentioned above what you advise?

Yes I was able to access, use and don't remember the previous user details. If possible please remove the previous one.

Yes. Maybe an NHS letter or GP

No. You will be asked if you need to provide any extra info

I have another question, my wife is my dependent on Tier 1 Entrepreneur for last 3 & half years, she is not applying with me do at the moment neither the children's. Do I have to fill and provide any documents in regards to subsisting marriage as they asked in Application Form set (LR) Sections B10,11 AND 12. Marriage Date and says you must provide evidences if they are settled with you in UK.

No. SET(LR) is based on personal private life in the UK. However remember that after SET(LR) you dependants must switch to FLR(M)
