Brp still not received

I'm unsure of what to do next. It has been 10 working days since I received my ilr approval letter I was told I would receive my brp within 7 working days. 10 working days on and still nothing I have contacted dx and they have nothing for our address. I have emailed but as usual I have to wait for a response. I need my brp urgently due to a death in my family which occurred 2 months ago and I still havnt been able to go home to sort out their affairs. Does anyone have any experience with this? How long could this take to resolve?
