Evidence of Cohabitation

Hi,All,
I tried to search the forum for this and the impression is very mix. Some of the threads are very old. I hope you wont mind asking this again.
What I gathered is that before applying ILR for spouse we need 6 different documents(3 mines and 3 hers) for the last 2 years from 3 different sources.
One of the topic ,someone commented,very old one that one evidence should be dated every 4 months or so which was not clear.
1- So if I print out her Bank Statement for 24 Months and mine as well as Source 1
2- Print out Credit Card Statements for myself and her(Not sure will count source 2 as it the same source)
3- Get Council Tax letter on both names it normally comes once or twice in a year.
4- A letter from GP covering the whole 2 years(Probably same GP for last 8 years,her continuity broke in 2014 due to successfully applying over 28 days)
5- Some of her and mine Documents/ Hospital Letters
6- Her Prepayment Prescription Certificate
7- Virgin Media Bill on her name etc
Not keen to send Tenancy Agreement(that only on mine)
Will these suffice or is there any thing about document from each source every 4 months OR?
