ILR 10 years

Hello everyone
I want to know what are my chances of getting ILR on the basis of 10 years
On 18 September a compliance officer came to my work place (surprise visit )
Interviewed my HR manager for 3 hours . I was not on the shift as I was working mostly in the evening. Then he asked my HR manger for the organisational structure , my CV
Then on 24 September he came back and took my interview for 2 hours as my SOC code is 3545
My 10 years will complete on 1st week of January 2018 .
Please all valuable members suggest what are my chances
Still waiting for the outcome of our compliance visit

You can apply for SET(LR) if you lived here lawfully for 10 years.

You should be perfectly fine if your sponsor followed the duties according to the rules.

Yes. Worst case scenario they'll curtail your leave. But that takes 2-4 months to get the letter then 60 days. Since you are completing 10 years in Jan then you should be able to apply within 28 days.

You can register your UK born daughter as British on form MN1 under Section 1(3) of the nationality act. This is an entitlement to register as British.
Your spouse will have to apply to switch visas to FLR(M) and a new 5 year route (2 x 2.5 year visas) before she qualifies for ILR (unless she meets Set(LR) first).

Yes, as you have ILR you may apply in your name not in your wife's as she will still be under immigration control.

Kindly ask your FLR(M) questions in the
Immigration for Family Members sub forum (click)
If your child is not yet British, HO might expect to see you earn at least £22,400pa (spouse + child)
Kindly as your British Citizenship MN1 questions in the
British Citizenship sub forum (click)
