Yesterday was my premium visa service appoitment in sheffield for ILR throughr DLR (6years).
I got married to a British citizen in 2011 but was granted a DLR for 3 years which was expired in 2014, but before the expiry i applied for an extension and i got another DLR for 3 years expiring in 2017.
I booked a PEO before the expiry of my BRP, now what hapoened is unbelieveable after taking biometric i waited for 2 hours and then the case worker called me and said that your application is forwarded for further queries and may be you will be called for an iterview in Liverpool within 2 weeks time.
Can anyone help regarding this matter,coz everything was going very smoothly in the last 6 years so for what purpose they want to interview me.
Any help or idea will be highly appreciated.

This is standard practice and normal, so nothing to worry. Your application could take few more weeks but you'll get results soon

hi all,
as I mentioned in my previous post about my case ie ILR through 6 years DLR on the basis of marriage with a British citizen.
My case is extended for further enqiuiries and been called for an interview in Liverpool with my spouse.
Now the problem is my wife whos is a British citizen does not want to go for interview with me as we live too
far, I tried a lot to convince her to go with me but she refused to go but I kept convincing her ,in the end she said if I keep asking her to go again then she will leave me.
The interview letter said if you do not attend the interview then my case will be refused.
I'm in deep tension what to do now?
my wife says I should switch to another category but she is not willing to go for an interview.
I really don't know what to do ?
What will happen to my case if we don't attend the interview?
Is it possible to apply for other category and which category should be?
PLZZZZZZZZZ HELP as I have only week ie my interview is on 2oth November

It is absurd that someone's spouse will refuse to attend an interview in such situation. Your wife must attend the interview as the visa was issued on the basis your marriage to her. If she does not want to help, either you do not have a persisting relationship or your relationship is not genuine.

Ur absolutely right zimba.
This is what am trying to make her understand but invain.
But its not the 1st time she is behaving like dat,
Lets hope for the best,but i wonder if she does't attened the interview then what should i go for?

Without your wife supporting your application as it stands, you won't qualify for ILR under the family route.

I suggest you ask her to read the advice given here and also whether she wants you to remain in the UK.

Do you have any children together?

We got 1 boy but unfortunately he died when he was 3year old,and yes she wants me to stay in uk
but she is B ,its 630 miles to travel to liverpool from one side dats da main reason she is not ready to go.
Is there any other category to apply for?

Not from within the UK that I can think of. Wait for response from others.....

What was the reason for you being granted DLR and not FLR(M)

The reason for DLR was that we got married and shortly before applying for FLR(M) ie only 2 months.
We got evidences that we r living together but they were not more than 2 months old,thats why i was granted DLR not FLR (M)
