Hello guys. I entered the UK in 2004 on a student visa. later I applied post study work visa which was refused in January 2011 with an option to appeal. I made an on time appeal which was finally dismissed without an option for further appeal on September 2015. I made a fresh family application which refused outside immigration rules in with right of appeal. During proceed of appeal hearing Honourable Judge re- open my last PSW REFUSAL case of appeal again and I have now completed 13 years long residence. Do I have a chance of to apply indefinite stay or after re-open old appeal am I on 3C leave again also tell my 10 years long residence be considered continues ( all appeal was in time )

Do you have leave to remain now.
In what circumstances did honourable judge reopened you determined case.
You could have applied since 2014 for indefinite leave. But now without lawful residence, you cannot benefit from the 10 years lawful residence you had accrued.
