TIER 2 Indefinate Leave to Remain

Hi,
I got my Tier 2 general visa on 8 April 2013. Now on 8 April 2018 my five years will be done and i can apply for indefinite leave to remain.
As per rules I can apply before 28 days. which means i can apply by 8 March 2018.
But problem is i have changed my employer twice. And while changing employment, i got the visa appointment in 10 days gap.
I mean to say, my first company cancel my sponsorship licence and then the second company issued me the license on the same day as they cancel the license. So i applied for the visa appointment on the same day online, but i got the appointment after 10 days. So after getting the appointment date i got the visa.
So my question is, Is this 10 day gap for waiting for appointment, I have to consider it while applying for the ILR. Or i can just apply on 8 March and everything will be fine?
Thanks

Gap is not an issue.

Thanks for the reply, I have one more doubt.
My five years will get finish on 8 April 2018 on Tier 2 general visa. So i want to know will that be ok to apply before 28 days in person.
Or you can only apply before 28 days if you are applying by post.

You can apply WITHIN 28 days before reaching the requirement and yes you can apply in person.
180 days absence Rule for ILR

Hi,
This is written in homeoffice document for ILR rule.
180 whole days absence
No more than 180 days’absences are allowed in any of the 5,4, 3 or 2 consecutive 12 month periods, depending on the category, preceding the date of the application for indefinite leave to remain (ILR).
My question is:
Does the above means that you cant have more than 180 days absences in all the four years?
or
It is saying that you cant have more than 180 days absence per year?

Hi,
1. What are the list of documents that are required other than the following:
Letter from Employee.
English Language (I got degree from uk)
Life in Uk test.
Is there anything other than the above which is required?
2. I dont have absence more than 180 days, so still i need the proof of absence?
3. Is there a case that within 28 days of passing the life in uk test, i can apply for premium service.
4. Letter from Employee :
Do the letter need to just specify that i am an employee working in the company, will that be enough?
Thanks

Kindly refrain from posting ILR questions in the Tier 2 General sub forum.
Topic merged with your existing ILR questions topic.

3 months payslips and bank statements.

Yes, you need a letter from all your employers you have had on Tier 2 detailing your absence/holidays etc.
3. Is there a case that within 28 days of passing the life in uk test, i can apply for premium service.
The 28 days has nothing to do with LIUK. The 28 days concession is specified to meet the residence requirements.
4. Letter from Employee :
Do the letter need to just specify that i am an employee working in the company, will that be enough?
As per the immigration rules, it needs to state '.....required in x position for the foreseeable future and that you will be paid x salary for the foreseeable future.'
