Hi,

I got my ILR on 06/17, my wife and baby girl(18 months old) on tier 2 dependant. When is my baby girl eligible for ILR or citizen ship.

My baby girl is born in india. She is on tier 2 dependant. Her visa expires on 08/18.

Please advise what to do..

Your daughter will qualify for ILR when your wife qualifies. She will only qualify for citizenship when either parent applies for citizenship at the same time or is already a citizen.

On what basis did you get ILR, 10 years long residence or 5 years Tier 2?
